Welcome to DecalsByCoy. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

All DecalsByCoy products are precision-cut and handmade to order using premium Oracal® 651 vinyl. Each order is produced specifically for you, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including vehicle compatibility, size, color, and quantity.

2. Vehicle Compatibility

Vehicle names, makes, models, and trademarks are used solely to identify compatibility and sizing.

DecalsByCoy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. All products are aftermarket accessories.

3. Production & Shipping

Most orders are produced and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier's transit schedule.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DecalsByCoy is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information.

4. Installation

Our decals are designed for easy do-it-yourself installation. Installation instructions and instructional videos are provided whenever available.

DecalsByCoy is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, inadequate surface preparation, or misuse of our products.

For best results, decals should be installed on clean, dry, smooth surfaces following the provided instructions.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Because our products are made to order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Installation errors
• Normal wear or misuse
• Requests made after the inspection period

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, website content, and branding are the exclusive property of DecalsByCoy.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for order processing, customer support, and improving our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

DecalsByCoy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
