Shipping Policy

At DecalsByCoy, every order is made to order and custom cut specifically for you. Because of this, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout (USPS or UPS, when available).

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

While we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to material availability, high order volume, weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. If we experience an unexpected delay that significantly affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Production time and shipping time are separate.
